Non-woven fabric made of long fibers
The non-woven fabric is obtained by pressing it, so the threads of the fabric naturally intertwine. Thanks to the new innovative technologies used in the production of non-woven fabrics, special fabric properties are obtained, i.e. the sheet for face masks is made very thin, lightweight, and transparent.
The structure of the long fiber threads in the fabric, compared to fabrics made from short fibers, creates a smoother surface. Therefore, the skin that comes into contact with the non-woven fabric is less irritated. Due to the fine threads of the fabric, the sheet quickly absorbs the serum and retains the absorbed substances. This property, together with the two protective layers of the sheet inside the mask, ensures that the mask absorbs an optimal amount of serum during use.
When the long-fiber non-woven sheet is moistened with serum, it becomes softer. This property helps the mask sheet adhere firmly to the face and optimizes the absorption of the serum during the entire procedure.
The physical and mechanical properties of the long-fiber non-woven mask sheet are characterized not only by high stability, which optimizes the absorption of the serum, but also by fast absorption properties, which enable good absorption and release of the serum substances.
